Finally I have time to blog. Yay. The week before was all routine. Hand out test papers, explain test papers and things like that. Because of my SS and IS, I have an uneasy feeling of being defeated. Well, forget about that – this month got many good movies.
First was Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer and Transformers, which I watched with friends last week. I never watched Transformer cartoons when I am small, and never know names like Megatron and Decepticons. The movie was just okay, yet I rather prefer Fantastic Four. And this Friday, here it comes, Harry Potter and the Order of Phoenix.
At first I planned to watch it on Saturday, but I did not want to delay any longer. So taking MRT, I went to Bishan Junction with two girls to watch the Order. It is completely fast-paced and action-packed. But I have to say, the last fight between Dumbledore and Lord Voldemort was disappointing. It’s a short fight. Dumbledore was supposed to be more powerful than Voldemort, but it seems that Voldemorts complicated magic was rather scary! He summoned all his powers and released them all, the power almost turned the Hall of Ministry of Magic into dust. Dumbledore did not make use of the golden statues, otherwise the movie will be much better. And finally, amid all there chaos, Cornelius Fudge had a conclusion: “He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named is back.”
I pre-ordered the Final Book Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, and I’m going to queue inside Popular next Saturday when the books hit the every bookstores in Singapore. “Either must die at the hand of the other for neither can live while the other survives.” I’m waiting for the answer.
